Extradimensional Graffiti

A collage of previous works combined with new material, Extradimensional Graffiti is a two page spread in an artist book. I layered black chalk paper, and Deleter Jr. Screentone sheets before adding in marks with gel pens, and white ink.

In the first panel we see an entity evaporating into the void, his form left as a permanent stain on the obsidian walls of this prison. This is a protolich character - one who became a lich before more modern techniques were developed. As a result, he is forever shackled to a great lodestone of power.

The second panel has a group of “docents” acting as though this space is a preserved exhibit. These strange beings are made of shifting, wrapping patterns of energy as it attempts to chronicle all of the blasts, writings, and other strange things scriven into the murky void.
